Barbecue cooking class

Barbecue cooking class is intended to teach you the techniques of making Armenian Khorovats – traditional Armenian barbecue.

Being in Armenia take a chance to dive into the details of making traditional Armenian barbecue.

Number of participant: from 3 up to 20 people. Children up to 7 y.o. participate free of charge. Parent's presence is a must.

Booking: 3 days in advance.

Location: Haykanoush Restaurant.

Time period: From 13:00 till 18:00.

Duration : up to 1.5 hours.

After signing up for the class and ordering from the specially designed barbecue menu you will begin the class in the designated barbecue space on the grounds of the hotel. One of our cooks will teach you the correct way of preparing the barbecue and will go over everything from building the fire to serving and enjoying your food.
